Jason Amon

In 2011, Jason Amon founded The Law Office of Jason Amon, a firm focused on Estate Planning, Probate and Limited Liability Company formation.

 

Mr. Amon earned a Juris Doctorate from the former Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now Texas A&M University School of Law, graduating in the top 10 of his class.  While there, he participated in Client Interviewing & Counseling, and Moot Court competitions and is a member of Phi Delta Phi academic fraternity. He earned a Master Degree in Secondary Education from The University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Texas Christian University.

 

Prior to opening his law office, Mr. Amon was a teacher of Advanced Placement Macroeconomics at Haltom High School. He has a broad range of business and technical experience including financial software design and project planning.

 

He is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, a fellow of LeadershipISD and has completed a Wrightslaw special education law and advocacy program.

Mr. Amon is active in his community.  He has previously served on the Development Committee of NearSouthside, Inc., the Parent Advisory Council of Cook Children’s Hospital, Director of Infrastructure on the Board of the Fairmount Neighborhood Association and Vice President of Tarrant County Stonewall Democrats. 

 

He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his husband, son, and daughter in the Fairmount National Historic District.  Their home was built in 1907 and is a registered Texas Historic Landmark.
