Service Description

Schedule time with an attorney to discuss the probate process in Tarrant County, Texas. The attorney will have some questions for you and there will be time for you to ask questions. You will be provided with a cost estimate and if you choose to hire us, we will schedule an appointment. NOTE: We only handle uncontested probate cases in Tarrant County, Texas. The purpose of a consultation is to determine if 1) we can help you and 2) if you want to hire us to help you. Until you sign a representation agreement, we are not your attorney and while our communications will be confidential, they may not be subject to attorney / client privilege.
